Delivery Policy

Digital delivery — nothing is shipped

Vachix is an entirely digital service. There are no physical products, and nothing is posted or couriered. Access to your plan is delivered online, inside the Vachix web app.

When you get access

Access is activated immediately after your payment is confirmed by Razorpay. Your new session quota and features are available the moment you return to the app — there is no waiting or delivery period.

If access does not activate

If your payment succeeded but your plan has not activated, email support@vachix.in with your registered email and Razorpay order ID, and we will activate it for you.
